Does everyone MySpace now???
Instead of e-mail now, I get message through my Myspace account. Even at/for work! Anyone else have this happen?

1. I don't. Doesn't seem likely I ever will. I fail to see the appeal. nm

3. I have a myspace profile ...
but I seldom use it. What I have been using is Facebook because people from HS have found me and told me how different I look. And why was I so MIA. The only way people can find me on Facebook is by my real name.

12. Yeah I think myspace should be offlimits to employers.
They could try www.linkedin.com instead.

4. I don't
Was wondering if it were worth it, actually. Some other networking software might take its place next year.

13. I visit it because a lot of bands
and cafes around here have their schedules on MySpace now.

14. I closed my MySpace account
I found the whole thing to be pretty useless and didn't ever "get" it.

15. No.
I had a space for a while but I just couldn't stand all the infantile ads and such. It was good to network with pals like DUers and other like minded people, but in the end, I took myself off.

16. Not me
I find the whole My Space thing to be downright strange. I have a friend who acts like it is real life there on the internets -- she has pics of herself and music and she and her old boyfriends chat like twits - meanwhile she can't get her 7 year old to school on time and forgets to pick him up from school altogether - Seems like she could maybe be in the "real world" a few hours a day and lose the My Space- space...
