Wish me luck--first final of the semester tomorrow

I was a teacher for 6 years before returning full time to graduate school this past August. Tomorrow marks the first final I have to take as a student in a rather long time. Nothing like a 1.5 credit hour class on corporate ethics to get the ol' mind racing.

3. It's a lot more rote memorization than I would have thought
Gotta know a ton of stuff from Sarbanes-Oxley, details about the court decision in the Dinsey compensation case, corporate structure, responsibilities of shareholders, directors, and officers, etc. I am hoping the test isn't too bad, but, man, memorizing titles of Congressional acts is freaking tedious.

5. Just finished
Test was schedule for 3 hours, I took just a bit over an hour. That's either a really good or really bad sign.

We'll see in a week or so, I guess.
