Poll question: Does this irritate the living hell out of anybody else, or is it just me?
Does it annoy you when people you are either dating or communicating with about the possibility of dating (personal ads) tell you how great their exes were in bed?? Why would somebody do that? It seems like the last thing you would want to tell somebody you are interested in. Certainly not the best seduction technique, that's for damn sure.

1. Yeah, I'd move on pretty fast at that point
Not sure what that might mean, but I'm sure it isn't good.

2. I do not care about their past...unless it is going to reflect on my
future with this person. What they have done in or out of bed is really none of my concern unless it will directly affect me now or in the future.

4. I'd wonder what on Earth would posess them to bring that up
I don't think it'd necessarily irritate me, but I'd certainly question whether I'd want to be with someone who'd think that's part of flirting or courtship.

7. The hoart may be a lonely hunter
but discretion is the better part of a valentine.

5. No, it wouldn't irritate me, but that's a very private matter between exes,
Edited on Wed Oct-17-07 03:42 AM by Heidi
and I've gotta say, I'd question the discretion of anyone who _would_ discuss such private matters so casually.

9. That's a LOT of pressure.
Edited on Wed Oct-17-07 04:01 AM by Mojambo
And it would have me moving in another direction pretty quickly.

It's like the woman is saying "I'm accustomed to a certain level of satisfaction buddy! You'd better get the job done!"

I'm no good under that kind of pressure. That's no good.

11. I wouldn't date 'em at all after that conversation.
Some things are meant to be kept private. If he would talk about his ex to me then he would prolly talk me.
