Ugh! I am so FAT!

I'm 36, am not stick thin, and I like to eat things that taste good.

I WAS stick thin when I was in high school and college, but I had to starve myself silly to get that way. I'm never dieting again.

Seriously though, if you're capable of doing all the jumps and the low swoops, you must be in fairly good shape. Now your sense of rhythm on the other hand...

and you obviously have good endurance. Who cares about size? I'm about your size but I can't do any of that though I am fairly strong myself and can run 6 miles (minus steep uphill parts). Please don't harm yourself to fit an ideal that most women can't achieve.
