It's such a beautiful day here today
too warm for October but the trees are at peak and there's an "empty blue sky" (as Neil Young said so well)

Last night just before sunset, the combines were out harvesting and the dust and the sunset created some beautiful scenes. I was getting ready to go out, so I missed the chance to capture them permanently. But they'll always be in my memory.

I think I'll head out with my camera and see what I can find.

Enjoy your Sunday. Find time to do what you want. Hug those you love and if you can't do that, at least call them and tell them what they mean to you.

Peace~

2. Peace
I'm very sorry my idea didn't work. I'm an idiot... apparently. But I knew that.

Yeah, I obviously need to get out of the house too.

4. It is lovely here too
I noticed yesterday what a beautiful place I live in. I turned down an all day "backroad boogie" with a friend due to his penchants for crank. I may take the dogs out though. I hate to see such a beautiful day wasted.

Enjoy your outing :)

5. It's beautiful here too.
Except that billyskank and Joani and wildhorses and harleykid have left us. And we could sure use some rain.

Guess I'll have to give you a cyberhug since I can't do it in person.

Have a great day! :bounce:

9. Hey, lizzie!
It's nice to hear you've got postcard weather. Put up some nice shots, and I'll try to track them down here in the Lounge. That sky so deep is the stuff of dreams, isn't it?

10. Hi!!!
I'm so glad you surfaced. Plans changed. I didn't get a chance to get out, but I did walk the property and spent time with Bandit. The last of the calves was moved out today and he was *very* upset. He didn't like the boys, but pitched an equine fit when they left. I spent an hour with him alternating between looking in the barn and running and snorting. He was NOT a happy horse.

Lelapin and ZombieNixon came up for dinner tonight. :)

11. Hiya dollface!

I'm glad it's a beautiful day there.

It's one here, too - a bit chilly, but it'll be getting warm the next few days. Last year at this time we were buried under a foot of snow - so forecasts of mid-late 60's F weather up here is something that I'll be taking advantage of.

I look forward to your pictures. :)

12. Hey sweetie!!!
I didn't get photos today. Change of plans was out of my control. :(

But, it looked just like the photo of the horse on myspace page. Clear, empty blue sky.
