This is from the song Masoko Tanga (1st album).

I am going back and listening to some of the albums I used to skateboard to back in the 70s (although I'm at a longboard stage of my life now) and this song has always defied every attempt to decipher it.

Anyway.

The lyrics also contained a footnote warning that the song illustrates the negative effects of drug use.
