a) A purple elephant with pink polka dots, who wears a white powdered wig and plays the harpsichord and who speaks with the voice of Bea Arthur, and who exists only in Rush Limbaugh's oxycotin-added mind to lecture him on the value of supply-side economics?

b) The busboy at a West Palm Beach Denny's, who knows where exactly to get all the good stuff, baby?

c) The name Rush gives to his, um, member, after it's been, um, pharmaceutically enhanced?

d) One of those stinkin' phony soldiers who dares to speak out against the Iraq War? Opps, did I say that? I meant Jesse MacBeth! Yeah, Jesse MacBeth! You're taking me out of context! Stop taking me out of context!
