You should have seen theses two people I had on my line

First this woman gets on the line, puts her stuff on the belt and just stands there.... As I am ringing her up I have to stop to start bagging the groceries so
there is room for the rest....
Then when I give her the total she looks in her purse then at me
as she proceeds to pull out her checkbook!!!!
HUH!!! I didn't even know we TOOK checks.....
so she is writing it out very carefully and neatly.....
she then writes the total in her register, rips the check out of the book then gives it to me...... well I did what I thought needed to be done with a check.... it worked though...
BUT the WHOLE time I was ringing this woman up I kept hearing this funny gurgling growling sound.... I looked around but couldn't find the source,
My next customer was a gentlemen who was a LITTLE annoyed at waiting for the check lady....
there is that NOISE again,,,, omg its my customer!!!!

It happens AGAIN this time real loud, he apologizes and said he would starve to death if he waited any longer behind check woman....

Geesh it takes all kinds
and as a cashier I have seen most

It's usually the case in Los Angeles, oddly enough.
