In the never ending saga ........ the <insert profane insult here> that was buying our condo BACKED OUT!!!

So that means, we put the place back on the market and try and get our asking price.

In the meantime, we've canceled trips to New York and San Francisco, spent money on the appraisal of the house we are trying to buy, spent money on boxes and moving crap, set up a mover to move us, started setting up the phone and internet at the new house, packed, sold our aquariums and fish ............ so about $600 down the drain. Not to mention the additional $400 for the contractors inspection on the house we want. Also, the people we are trying to buy from didn't have the house listed for the two weeks that we all THOUGHT this asshole was going to buy our place.

So now, it's back to square one. To be honest, I don't see us selling our condo and at one point we have to just take it off the market and get our money out of escrow.

Not a happy camper right now.

I'll keep a good thought for the perfect buyer to show up out of the blue and save the day. It's happened to me before in a much worse market (geographically speaking). I hope it happens for you.

if they get another buyer and/or ask us to perform within 24 hours .... which we can't w/o selling.

With the market AND the time of the year, it doesn't look like much will happen.

But, what will be will be.
