What's your guilty pleasure?
I pretty much went over the top and gave up most normal forms of relaxation and stress relief in March 2003. Unfortunately it wears you down without some R&R to regroup. My current stress relief has been NBC's Monday night lineup and a Canadian series called "Stone Undercover". They may not be the greatest entertainment out there, but somehow they grab my interest.

What works for you?
