3. Heard that a few times in my career
Had to go search for a missing part once. Unfortunately there was not enough to reattach and if there was the shop dog would have gotten to it before I did.

Bummer on top of bummer when you find two, but you're looking for three. Corn dogs. Thirty-five years in the trades, and I still get nervous watching a new person on the table saw.

6. Friend of mine in high school was in wood shop
working on a band saw. He slipped or somethin' and the blade went between two of his fingers and part way into his hand.
