So yesterday, I visited the Hollywood Walk of Fame

for the first time!!!!

Jack Nicholson's got a primo spot right in front of Graumans. But I saw David Bowie, Ella Fitzgerald, Judy Garland, Emile Hirsch, Liza Minelli, Bette Midler and Winnie-the-Pooh!!!

And I had a beer at the Pig and Whistle.

they flew over our house at least 4 or 5 times last Friday night though. The plane was close.

I've seen the oak moths but I don't think I've ever seen the apple ones. Whatever.

I don't have strong opinions about it like others do, but I remain open to the idea we're being duped. Who knows? :shrug:

But yeah, what an uproar!!

My understanding is that it's not a pesticide, but a pheromone. But then I've heard the chemical is dangerous to marine life.

I dunno.

yeah, I heard it was intense in Live Oak, too. Apparently the concentration of the moths is stronger there.

I used to live right on Seabright, between Windsor and Windham, where there is that crook in the road. I was living there in that Victorian house when the '89 quake hit. Talk about unforgettable...

I tell ya, apple moths, earthquakes, red tides...never a dull moment!

18. How funny. Yup, we had some good times in that house. Lots of parties.

I lived there from '86-'91 with my best friends, finishing up college up at UCSC and then working as an Account Exec. for The Sun, an alternative newsweekly, selling ads. Sadly, The Sun had to set after the quake, due to most of their ad revenue coming from the Pac. Garden Mall which was decimated.

I'm pretty sure that Seabright house is still a rental, after all these years. Are you a student?
