I never know when the urge to write will strike me...

Just now, I had a very compelling vision about something a friend told me...

An anecdote from his life long ago...

And I could just see it!

So I wrote it down...

It almost made me cry, it was so beautiful...

You just never know...

*sigh*

You never know when or how you will be able to use that fine piece of writing.

I get a lot of my story ideas from dreams.

Do you mainly write poetry? I've seen one of your beautiful poems here so far. (I'm still sort of new to the lounge)

I always write things down...if I don't, I forget what I was thinking!

I carry paper and pen wherever I go!

I haven't had much inspiration from dreams, though...good for you!

Now my main focus is poetry.

I used to write prose, but these days that isn't happening.
