So I finally resigned from my IC position today
I've been working both my old and my new job for a few weeks now and I put in my notice on the old job today. They came back with a new offer. Now I don't know WTF to do. I'm definitely keeping the new job because of benefits and stuff but I *could* use the extra money from the old job. On the other hand, I'm pretty freaking exhausted from working 2 full time jobs. I don't know how people do it indefinitely.

So anyway, I'm flattered that they asked me to stay and I'm confused because I was ready to let go but now I'm thinking maybe I should renegotiate and work part time for them in addition to the other job? God, why do I have such a hard time making decisions?

It is flattering when your old job behaves like this...

BUT...

You need time for yourself, sweetie...

If they had really wanted to keep you, they would have treated you better in the first place!

GO, now!

Work one job, and enjoy your life! I would not work even part time at the old job!

2. This question is why quarters and thumbs were created
Yes or No, Left or Right, Over or Under, Right or Wrong, Blue or Red?

Flip a coin, hope it lands on the side that does not drain the life out of you. One must pace themselves. After all, hopefully this life thing is for the long haul!
