Dennis Miller in wikipedia
Looking at Dennis Miller's wikipedia entry after seeing a promo for his radio show and thinking to myself 'Pal, you're in your mid-fifties and you're on TV. TUCK YOUR DAMN SHIRT IN LIKE AN ADULT.' then I wondered if I guessed right about his age, so I looked him up.

Anyway, I check his entry at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennis_Miller and I see that he graduated HS in '71 and went on to major in journalism:

From Wikipedia:

At Point Park University, he majored in journalism because he thought it would be easy: "I remember seeing All the President's Men and thinking Redford looked cool in his crinkled tie".

So today's essay question, cha-cha, is how could you manage to pick a major based on a movie that didn't actually come out until about 5 years after you started college?

2. Did he go straight from high school to university?
If he did, then it's just bullshit I suppose.
