Hard boiled eggs?
A few weeks back, someone here posted how to cook a perfect hard boiled egg. Something like boil for 3 minutes, turn off heat and let sit...?

Anyway; I tried the formula, and the eggs did turn out perfect! So, of course; I lost the instructions.

I have searched the archives, and cannot find the thread. Would whoever posted that response be so kind as to repost it?

1. I believe you were to bring it to a boil AND COVER!

I am not sure about the three minute boil time, I thought it was just bring it to the boil, cover and turn off the burner.

on edit- use a little bit of salt to make the shell easier to remove.
