Damn nicotine withdrawl...

So, day 4 now without a cigarette. This time I'm really going quit, but I can definitely feel the withdrawal now. The reason why I'm sure I'm going to quit this time is because I don't want a cigarette to quench this feeling. I have no desire whatsoever for one, much different than in the past.

But my whole body is SCREAMING! It feels like there's a million little hotwheel cars racing through my veins, and I had trouble sleeping last night. Any former smokers know how long this is going to last? However long it takes though, is how long I'm going to wait.

Get a scrip for Zyban. It'll take the edge off, tho it might give you more insomnia the first few days.

Congratulations on making it this far. The addiction is like a tapeworm. The only way to kill is to starve it to death. You got it in its death throes. A couple more weeks and it'll be dead. Good luck.
