Why do some people think spanking is hysterically funny?

Like I remember a club I was in one time, and a woman told her a story about her mother slapped her sister for something she didn't do, and the mother said, "That's for a time you did something and I didn't catch you." THe group: Hee-hee-hee!!!

I didn't see the humor at all. I remember having a similar discussion with some cousins once, and their reaction was similar. (They are pretty right-wing, BTW.)

2. I think you're right, Peake.

Seems like the older I get the more I see the dog-eat-dog mentality in people, and oneupmanship too.

Maybe I'll just be a recluse when I'm old.
