1. IIRC Gesundheit means "good health"

2. It looks like an ad for some cold relief stuff.
It looks like she has a cold, and the sausages are arranged like a scarf, to keep her warm. The part at the bottom where it says "+ C" therefore makes me think it is an ad for some kind of cold relief product.

What do I win? :P

Light, which comes from an image and passes through a lens, strikes paper specially treated with silver compounds. the chemicals react under the effect of the light, and stain the paper in relation to the strength of the light through the lens, effectively measured by colored wavelengths. When treated, the colored stains on the paper reproduce the image.

sweater - or the blouse underneath. Grease stains are hard to get out of silk.

I think this is an ad for a German programming language for knitting machines. I may be wrong though as my German is pretty rusty.
