1. IIRC Gesundheit means "good health"
So maybe they think sausages keep you healthy.

10. More to the point, "gesundheit" is what a german says when you sneeze.
The lady pictured is clearly supposed to have a cold.

2. It looks like an ad for some cold relief stuff.
It looks like she has a cold, and the sausages are arranged like a scarf, to keep her warm. The part at the bottom where it says "+ C" therefore makes me think it is an ad for some kind of cold relief product.

What do I win? :P

4. OK
Light, which comes from an image and passes through a lens, strikes paper specially treated with silver compounds. the chemicals react under the effect of the light, and stain the paper in relation to the strength of the light through the lens, effectively measured by colored wavelengths. When treated, the colored stains on the paper reproduce the image.

5. They added vitamin C to their sausage?
That's what it looks like to me.

Of course, I don't know what Germans call Vitamin C.

7. Pregnant women, or women who might be pregnant, shouldn't handle sausages
because of a specific birth defect.

Side effects include, but are not limited to: indigestion, garlic breath, extreme flatulence, being followed by packs of wild dogs, a compulsion to drink beer and/or invade a neighboring nation, acne, rashes, bizarre skin growths, inflamed esophagus, inflamed colon, inflamed rectum, skanky toilet dumps, loose or bloody stools, hives, rectal itch, psoriasis, hair loss, swelling of the feet and legs, liver damage.

14. She's trying to attract a husband. It's an old Reinland tradition signifying availability
and fertility. It says, "I am in good health! Thin woman cannot withstand winter and gather food. Marry me! We shall have many strong man children +C."

15. I don't know but I would recommend she wash her neck afterward and hopefully that is not a silk
sweater - or the blouse underneath. Grease stains are hard to get out of silk.

16. Literally, it translates as:
HEALTH!

It is the time of the year for cold and working in the wonderland.
On a day three times warmer, you would not have to put sausages around your good whale.
Coldsausage +C
And you have no chance to survive the starving dogs. I promise.

German sausage. All else is just cheese

I think this is an ad for a German programming language for knitting machines. I may be wrong though as my German is pretty rusty.
