Anybody ever had to take a "Leadership Assessment Test" for a job?

I've been talking to this woman in HR in the company about an open position they have in another department - she said that for this role, I would be required to take a "Leadership Assessment Test" as part of the job interview. She summarized it by saying it was a 90 minute long multiple choice test they give to all people who interview for supervisory roles. They'd likely put me in an empty conference room or office with a computer...

Anybody know what I can expect?

I've had some leadership roles before, but never really had to take a test like this.

3. I got a list of companies offering pre-employment LATs

not really many details on actual tests, though.

I usually try to be honest on tests, and I'm pretty dumb overall.

5. Just be honest. There is a lot of cross referencing. If you try to skew the results they'll know.

6. I'm pretty sure I have a general idea

they'll ask a bunch of questions about various workplace situations and give me options on what I think I would do there... and, most likely two of the four or five choices are the "common sense" answers.
