Weight loss update
26 pound gone! Wo-hoo! I am feeling great!

My goal is to lose 80 pounds. So, I have a long way to go. But I am really feeling the difference now.

I am eating less and exercising. The main thing, though: no fast food burgers, tacos, burritos or pizza. Cutting those things out of my diet made a huge difference.

The weight loss has not been 100% consistent. In gained 0.6 pounds the week of Thanksgiving. But I lost big the week after.

Good thing to cut out the burgers. I did the same thing. Did you know that a Big Mac and medium fries has almost 1000 calories in it? A Whopper and medium fries has slightly more than 1000 calories. I ate 3 goddamn Big Macs one time at the height of my eating binges.
