I need some suggestions.
I work all of the time. I like to work all of the time, but I am noticing that I am getting depressed lately, and I think it's because that's all I do.

My sister and I were discussing this the other day and she said that I should take two hours a week to do something that I want to do. But I can't think of anything but work.

Any suggestions? I thought maybe I would get a massage and a pedicure every week. That could take up most of two hours.

What can you guys think of?

1. Exercise is always nice
Low impact aerobics. Light weights. Power walking. 15-30 minutes a day will do wonder for your mood and it will be even better if you can round up a work out partner.

read, write, walk, volunteer, learn to knit, paint, go to museums or galleries
