If I can keep this baby alve for a year - well...

Not really a Christmass tree, but then it is

too delicate for lights

On edit

1. My dear qwertyMike!
Those are beautiful trees!

They grow well here, in SoCal...

I see them all over my little town...

Good luck with it!

:hi:

2. I've have many a Norfolk Island Pine stand in as a tree
I've decorated them with ornaments, tinsel, etc.

I'm off to find the Xmas tree thread you speak of.

Cher

3. A fellow on Big Island offered his 120-foot Norfolk pine as the Rockefeller Center tree one year
trouble was, he couldn't get anyone at Rockefeller Center to take him seriously. They scoffed at him: "A pine tree? In Hawai'i?" Apparently there are those who actually believe that all we have are palm trees!

5. They're nice trees.
From what I hear, though, you have to go to the island itself to really see them in their glory. :)
