That's because humor in GD is extremely rare, so when something is funny there, thousands of people nominate it.

31. I truly believe that Loungers may not have some of the necessities to be,
let's say, funny, or perhaps really funny. Why are Loungers not good swimmers? Because they don't have the buoyancy.
