What's a "certified christian?"

I saw the ad in GD and now I'm curious.

Is there a written exam?

Is it like 100% certified Grade A beef?

Is there a Grade B Christian?

Is there some sort of tattoo?

Are there organically grown Christians?

GM Christians?
