Anybody interested to have a nanny for the kids?

Or knows somebody who is looking?

The sister of a friend of mine would love to be a nanny, starting September 2008. She is 20 years old and Ukrainian, speaks English already.

2. With that much notice ahead of time

there is time to contract with a nanny service...probably her best bet.

Am assuming she already has, or is getting, her work visa...?
