"Lara, do you know carrots help you see very well in the night?"

Sophie's become far too sophisticated to call me "mom," apparently. I'm pretty certain my older son went through a phase of calling his father and I "Nathaniel" and "mom".

BabyMidlo is going through a phase right now where she is calling me 'Mother'.

She comes home from school, throws open the door and yells 'Mother?? I'm home".
