it should be sparkly and shiny and something that goes with her wardrobe

Garnets? Sapphires? Hematite? Amethysts?

jewelery doesn't have to be expensive.....

with decadent silk undies for underneath

no nylon or polyester, silk! camisole and tap pants or a long gown, either works
