May not have to. Got a Hot Prospect.

That's what's squeezing me, though. Gotta have some minor repairs done before I can sell, but the guy can't do 'em until at least the end of this week. Meanwhile, my realtor's all, "How are the repairs going? I really want to get her in there."

The market's soft, so I don't wanna screw up the deal. But... GAH! :banghead:

My transmission didn't fix itself either. And everyone wanted like $2600-$3500 to do it. :(
