My hats off to those of you up north
I'm in central Texas. It's 54 degrees and I'm freezing my tookus off. I have the thermostat set at 65, but damn I still feel cold. I don't do cold. If it ever gets bad enough I have to leave the country, I'm gonna have to head south. :D

6. My husband laughed at me this morning
I was putting on sweatpants and jackets just to take the trash bin to the end of the driveway. I'm sure I looked like I was heading into a blizzard.

5. It probably doesn't help that you're none too far from the gulf
which means the cold is more humid than the cold here. So it feels colder.

That, and you're just used to it being warmer. :)
