What's the Zip Code for France?

The post by mycritters2 reminded me of this other post by Generic Brad about a year and a half ago.

It's about a mailroom clerk that thinks there's a problem with a piece of international mail, because it has no zip code...

The thread is archived now, but it was absolutely hilarious then, and still is now:
