Where is the best place to ask a medical question?

The Lounge or GD?

Don't laugh, but I struggle with this. Yes, there are individual forums on science and health, but they are not very active.

I have a question about the division of stem cells, and I can't decide where to post it, or whether to post it at all.

Thanks in advance to any of my lounge friends who even look at this post, let alone respond to it--sorry, it is so dumb..
