4. Two of my favorites.

My spritz cookies (I do them in the shape of Pagan Trees) - the dough has cream cheese in it. :9

and more of the Brown Eyed Suzies for which I had to order the mint chocolate wafers online to make.

I have owned restaurants and developed menus and cooked. I had a catering company that was active primarily at Holidays. I do deserts by the bushel.

8. I've already baked a boatload...

or I s'pose a kitchen full would be more apt. I still have to assemble the gingerbread house (my heart just ain't in it this year), bake and decorate the sugar cookies and do a batch of peanut butter cookies.

And then re-bake whatever's been nibbled away. I'm starting Christmas dinner on Sunday. I'll be damned if I spend all of Christmas in the kitchen. Again.
