To eat or not to eat? Opinions please.

I'm from New England, and sooooo miss the seafood as I now live in GA. One of the gifts my parents sent us were these 4 all natural lobster pot pies from Williams-Sonoma.

They shipped frozen on Monday and arrived Tuesday night, about 8pm. My husband was out of town and I had to attend a funeral, and my babysitter said a package arrived and put in in my foyer corner.

I didn't pay attention to it as I was tired and had to get kids to bed. Woke up the next morning and saw "perishable" on the box and FREAKED out. They seemed cold, like they had been in a fridge all night, and there were 2 frozen ice packs in the box as well.

I immediately put them in the freezer, called WS and spoke to 2 people who assured me they would be fine. I'm a freak about things like this, so I don't know if we should eat them or not.

They are made of pure lobster meat, cream, sherry and covered in a puff pastry crust. Damn I want to eat these pies!!!!
