4. Yeah...I saw the trailer for it
and had to wince.

Is this the BEST they can do?

My gawd, I can name hundreds of books (including my own) they'd have a ball with.

But THIS?

Ugh.

8. Oh,that reminds me...
I've been meaning to ask you... your first book, was that ever published in paper? I couldn't find it on Amazon.com when I was ordering some stuff for Christmas.

11. Not the first book in the Infinity: Earth series, unfortunately.
I'm going to take it to another publisher once the contract runs out, but, for the moment, only my Samhain books will be guaranteed paper copies. Wings is a subsidy press, which means they charge the author 90 bucks to go to print, and I couldn't afford it at the time.

But "Sword and Shadow" is available in paper, as will be "Tales from the Magitech Lounge" in March.

5. Uwe Boll is a scourge on humanity and behind such "wonderful" films as
Alone in the Dark
House of the Dead
Blood Rayne

Seriously, wiki his name and become horrified at whatever he touches.

9. I tried to watch Blood Rayne
I figured it had a hot vampire babe, so I figured it couldn't be all bad.

Wow, was I wrong.

6. Actually it's more of a video game movie.
Not that it makes the movie any better, because the video game didn't have much of a plot to begin with.

10. Oddly enough - it has a decent cast
No big stars beyond Reynolds, but I recognize all the names. I liked Jason Statham in The Transporter.

13. When I was in Europe four weeks ago or so, there were posters for this EVERYWHERE...
especially in Hungary, of all places. I thought maybe it was one of those movies that they were just going to release over there or something.
