My mom and I watch it, make cracks at the badness of the film and laugh at the very end when Mrs. Brady sings O Come All Ye Faithful.

I have no idea (never saw them) but I know they'll be better than the drivel on network TV!!
My son also has two movies for us to watch but I don't know the names of them.

I'm sure I'll fall asleep through either the first or second anyway! :P

I do that on movies I really like too! :P

It's "Plan Nine" with decent production values. There's a hysterically funny review of it at the Bad Movie Physics website: http://www.intuitor.com/moviephysics/. I recommend reading it before watching the movie: I laughed my fool head off.

26. "A Christmas Story", "It's A Wonderful LIfe" , "Miracle on 34th Street" (original version),
"Pocketful of Miracles", "We're No Angels" (Original version), "Santa Claus 3", and currently we have the definitive Scrooge, George C Scott, in "A Christmas Carol" playing in our DVD. We may get round to "Muppet Christmas Carol" or one of the "Home Alone" movies, possible even "Nightmare Before Christmas"

27. I saw It's A Wonderful LIfe and got thinking when you said original version
I saw it a million times on TV in my youth but don't remember it being color, even with a color television, I remember it being B&W, so I Googled it to find out what the straight dope is. It was filmed in B&W in 1946, and colorized in 1989. Last night, I watched a colorized version (a non original version)and feel somewhat cheated.

51. "The Lion in Winter" takes place at Christmas court.
As he gathers his dysfunctional family together for the holidays, King Henry II (Peter O'Toole) quips, "What shall we hang, the holly or each other?" Like The Ref, Holiday, While You Were Sleeping, and The Man Who Came to Dinner, it's a must-see for those of us who have issues with the holidays...

65. The last couple of weeks: The Bucket List, Juno, Lars and the Real Girl, Diving Bell and Butterfly,
Funny Girl, The Golden Compass, Persepolis, No Country for Old Men, Grace is Gone, Transformers.

All of which I would highly recommend except for Golden Compass, which was pretty good, and Transformers, which was offensive in places and fairly forgettable overall.
