Dear god, Lounge please help me I have a crack problem!!!
Soft crack, hard crack, how to tell without a thermometer. Alison was making cashew brickle and I was second guessing the process. We bought a defective thermometer and the mixture turned to carmel before we realized the stupid thing was defective. Because of my big mouth Alison told me to take over and she hit the shower. I am totally lost. I started a new batch: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup butter, 1 table spoon corn syrup. It's on low flame NOW WHAT DO I DO!?!
