My cat is driving me insane
He's frantically and furiously demanding a third dinner, and second dinner is still sitting in his dish.

He's in full-on Angry Little Cat mode.

:scared:

2. He's going to win
I just know it. He's moved on to the "knocking large objects off of the dresser near your head" phase of his threat dance. He will not let me sleep tonight if I don't cave.

4. When I took him in after his spectacular hissing and growling display
at the tender age of 4 weeks, I shoulda known. It was pretty impressive. He clearly thought he was a badass, but it just looked so cute coming from that tiny little kitteh.

I am indeed toast.

10. I have two cats who think thats the best way to wake me up
so they can get their second dinner as well (at least the little monsters have the courtesy to actually finish their food before they start in with the WE ARE HUNGRY routine)

18. Isn't it great. I've had cats that acted just like that, except for the bat.

20. I am in exactly that situation

Instead of a bat, he throws increasingly heavy items off of my dresser onto my head.

17. Yeah, ours know that if they don't eat what is in there...
Edited on Wed Jan-02-08 05:38 PM by texas1928
Well they just don't eat. We don't get much complaining anymore. I am kind of a hard ass when it comes to that. We buy the more expensive stuff without by products. So they better eat it and like it.

19. I have one obese compulsive eater and one underweight nitwit
So she often eats his food after he's only had a few bites, and then he whines that he's hungry. In my attempts to keep him from being malnourished, I've created an even worse monster than his normal monster self.

I've tried feeding them separately, but they're both so paranoid that they just stand on either side of the door demanding to know what the other is eating.

Life at my house is entertaining.
