Dinner: please let me know if i should make another entree
making dinner for lisa's parents/sister and the two of us

crabcake appetizer

shrimp quiche

Herb Butter Roast chicken

Pullao Rice

Scallop Potatoes

Green Beans and Carrots

Chocolate Mousse


So here is my question: should i make another chicken entree or is this adequate?

3. Another chicken entree would be redundant
I'd make a beef or pork main dish if you and your guests eat those meats.

Or a vegan dish with tofu, seitan, etc would fit as well.

If you make too many dishes then it might feel like you're being formal. This is a family dinner, so that's an excellent menu.

11. We have maybe had 1 inch total.
I am sure other people have gotten far more, but we are not having to build the Ark here.

I'd have liked if TBN HQ's tacky ass decorations all floated away. :P



(not sure if that's this years decorations, but in person, this year, their lights were over the fucking top)

Counting the appetizer that's three meats. If I added anything to that menu it would be another green choice, not another meat.
