6. He's a powerful guy
However, after watching LSU systematically take apart Ohio State thus far nobody and I mean NOBODY can convince me that Kirk Herbstriet didn't 'leak' the 'Miles is going to Michigan' story deliberately to force Miles' hand and make him commit to LSU. Sorry. He did.

3. They're running out of space on the alert banner
Tornado Watch. Severe Thunderstorm Warning. Flood Watch. High Wind Warning. Good grief. Just a week ago we got a foot of snow.

But...global climate change is a myth.

9. My nephew is a storm chaser in OK
I always call him when they're predicting bad weather. He usually comes in with a different forecast and he's usually right. (More often than the local weather guys.)

Unfortunately, he's out tonight and I'm not able to reach him. :(

Be safe up there...

10. The wind is howling around my house tonight
But, that probably only means several more dropped limbs all over the driveway. The neighbor's huge oak tree showers them down even in the slightest breeze. I only hope the hollow tree across the street doesn't decide to topple tonight. That could slow things down in the morning.
