How times have changed...
This is an ad for Champale...

...in which the person being discussed is lauded for eating his lunch at his desk.

These days, he'd be beaten, lambasted, terminated and possibly killed for drinking on the job.

1. Yet another reason I'd love to start my own business...
I'd have MANDITORY drinking on the job!

Okay, maybe not. But I'd be cool about it.

4. When you get big enough to need a telecom director
give me a call. :7

I won't drink on the job, but I'll flirt with the boss a lot. ;)

11. Absolutely!
After arguing with corporate VPs half the day I'm ready to give notice here. I figure a 1 month transition with my replacement and then I'm all yours.

Can you wait for me that long. :P

6. When our company was small
4-5 people we would have wine for Xmas and New Years....

now with over 40 people.... you have to think about insurance..and someone suing you if they get in an accident.

not worth it.....

:hi:
but if you owned the company and had a bottle in your desk.... well thats different...

:)

8. Well, considering that one of the businesses I'd love to start would be a meadery...
drinking on the job just might be kinda manditory. Quality testing the product, I mean. :)
