1. Don'tcha hate it when you get some food... and it's juuuuust barely more than you need...

but there won't be enough left over to save for later, so you end up eating it anyway. And then you feel all full and loagy.

2. that's pretty much what happened

1/2 the sandwich wasn't enough... the whole sandwich was too much. There's actually still a bite or two on my plate, as well as a pickle, but I'm full, so in the trash it goes.

3. I just can't bring myself to waste food I guess...

although eating it when I'm not hungry IS just as wasteful as throwing it way I suppose. I guess it's just a mental thing. Not throwing away food here helps starving children in 3rd world countries somehow. :\

6. I can't eat when I'm full

I'm a gastric bypass patient... when I'm full, I'm full.

Getting over being a member of "the clean plate club" was a rude awakening after my surgery. At home, I can take little servings and go back for more if I still have room for it. When I'm out, and I order food, I will either be throwing food out, or making a second meal out of it.
