Absolute dumbest help desk reply of the last 5 years
to me, at any rate.
I emailed a hosting company asking about what packages they had that support php. My sig line on my email is the same one I use here..."Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from a religious conviction...Blaise Pascal"
The reply I got back from them started "Dear Mr. Blaise Pascal"
I don't think I want my client doing business with them.
6. Well, the fact is that my email carries my real name
on the reply-to. I understand why you don't want to reply to a screen name like dear xxxlover, but do you at least look to see if that's the case?
This company couldn't have or they'd have seen who to reply to. Not to mention that the address itself that they replied to is my first initial/full last name@..........net
