yes, just wrote the check for the last payment on my truck!

man, i have enjoyed this vehicle - never going back to cars. reliable, comfortable, sexy. and the view! woohoo!

plus, the money i've made using it paid for most of it.

1. Nice looking little Ranger. I have an '02 S-10 that is paid for.
It's fun to drive and I'm going to keep it until the cost of the repair bills justify buying a new vehicle. But my next car is going to be a subcompact. I no longer have any real use for the truck as far as using it for work goes and I put an average of 50 miles a day on the truck because I have a long commute to work. So I'm going with the highest fuel mileage I can get in my next car.

2. the truck purchase was a lifestyle decision, never knew i was going to like it so much
a few weeks after i got it, drove it to Calif and back, it was a great ride.

gonna drive this till it dies, then get another. :)

20. Rangers have the most comfortable truck seats I've ever sat in...
...the trips from Houston to Dallas are a breeze, comfort-wise. :thumbsup:

my husband bought the cars......

7. handyman stuff: painting, patching, landscaping, etc
the bed will hold almost 2 yds of pine bark mulch!

6. My first vehicle in high school
was a 1960 Ford F100 custom fleetside pickup with a 292-v8 and 3-on-the-tree.

12. Oh, believe me, I tried...
The only thing I ever did was blow a tranny, but I had 3 more from the boneyard and they were pretty much plug-and-play...

Same color, stepside. Bought it with 80K miles on it and have had hardly any trouble, and nothing major. I LOVE this truck. :loveya:
