Oh BOY! I got 500 gallons of Sh*t and a one gallon bucket!
Background: Both my parents are in their eighties. My Dad, never a pleasant man, is completely insane. He has made my life hell forever. He has screwed me in business, deliberatley tried to ruin my relationships etc. He is very controlling. My Mom has always gone along to avoid the abuse he would heap on her.

My brother has always been the favored one. He put him in business in a restaurant even though he had no experience. Failed miserably. Moved him from Hawaii, bought him cars, set him up in the family business and paid for him to have invitro fertilization to have kids with his wife.

For about four years my brother has not spoken to my father. Huge feud. Flaming XMas gifts, restraining orders etc. I really don't get my brothers hatred. I don't have it and he has fucked me so many times. But not my bro, he has had it all.

Now my Dad is a couple of weeks away from being bed ridden. And that means it is up to me to take care of him and my Mom.

Well, this weekend my brother tells everyone he has sold (behind my Fathers back) his business and is moving next week to Montana. He has never been there, they bought the house online. He has no job lined up and has lived in CA or Hawaii his whole life. So when the time comes he will not be around to do anything that will need to be done.

And because my brother did this behind my dads back, my dad is enraged. he is trying to screw him in any way he can. File suits, stop the sale and start screwing the new owner over any way possible. of course he expects me to take part in this madness and everyday it will be a huge fight to stop him or not participate.

The one thing my Bro did was give me someone to talk to about all the shit that is going on. gave me some family that was sane and not a lot of work to deal with. now that is gone. I figured he would be able to help with my Mom when my dad passes but that is gone. I figured he would be able to help with their affairs when they are both gone and that is not going to happen.

So thats about it and it is a nice blog...

Either way, you need a good screenwriter to iron out all the loose bits

BRING THIS PUPPY TO THE BIG SCREEN!

5. Whoa, this is the kind of thing that MAKES MY SKIN CRAWL.
In nature, animals generally take care of their offspring & protect them. This shit is just wicked. It makes me wonder if only humans experience "spite".

I'm sorry to see ya go through this.

8. For my Father, it keeps him alive....
he hs no other interests other than business. And fighting with people, lawsuits etc.

So now he is energized by my Brother's sneakiness and he gets to do the things he loves to do, file suits, make enemies, fight with people etc...

13. That means there is not much moisture for vegetation.
However, Montana is gorgeous.

I hope you are able to help your family.

11. I would get a good family lawyer if I was you.
The ones that deal with estates and power of attorney. Your brother does not have a job and that makes me wonder if he has set up something to take money from your dad.

Believe it or not Dr. Phil did a show about this with Maureen McCormick and how one of her brothers brainwashed her father and how he has renounced the rest of the family because of it. At least you are still with your dad...that's a good thing.

 Best of luck to you.

My brother is honest. He had to be sneaky about the sale to keep my father from queering the deal. He just wants to get away from him so he can raise his kids in peace without the constant bullshit my Dad throws at him.

And we have been down the attorney route already. His insanity is only when he needs to be, he can be very lucid at the times he needs to be. And it is very very hard to take someones rights away....

15. Mom called and Dad is in the hospital....
Can't find anything immediatly wrong with him, but they are keeping him overnight and do a colonoscopy tommorow.

Might just be a grandstand attempt to keep my bro from moving or coming to see him though...
