Can any do-it-yourself people help me please? Water emergency!!
Quickly....

The low tension flange on my 1991 Heil 350 water heater has developed what appears to be a small rip. The rip is located over the 3 outer surface guides.

I tried to repair it with a kit that was provided, but the cheap Henley wrench that they give you with the kit broke.

I tried using a basic flip wrench, but it didn't work.

Any advice?

1. Call the heating and air conditioning guy?
Sorry I am not helpful.

I have no clue about plumbing type stuff, which is why we have a homeowners warranty.

Turn the cam shackle the other way and try it again.
