Looks like I'll have to be away from my family for a week, later this month.
Five-day onsite consulting project for one of my customers. But hey, I won't mind getting that check at the end of the week, instead of waiting 30 days to get paid like I do for most or my work.

And, and, and...it's in Pennsylvania! You know what THAT means, don't you? Cheesesteak hoagies! At Pudge's!

That'll go a long way toward drowning my sorrow at being away from home.

3. Thank you. It had better, or I'll end up being the size of a Toyota from all the Philly Food.

4. Oh, yeah. Maybe I'll even hit McNally's for a Schmitter. Or maybe not, because they've sold out
and started selling what was once a very well-kept secret sandwich at the stadium where the Phillies play.

(In case you don't know, McNally's is a bar in Chestnut Hill that doesn't even have a sign on its door. You just had to know where it was.)

5. My dear Redstone!
I know you're looking forward to this!

Have a great trip, and enjoy your Cheesesteak hoagie!

I can hear your arteries slamming shut from here!

6. What's not to like? I'll also be able to see some of my friends I haven't seen in a long time,
because my trips down there have been kind of hurried for the last 10 years or so.

Yeah, I'll miss Mrs R and the kids and the puppy, but it will be good for me to do this kind of project...it'll energize me, and I could use that right about now.
