Song that needs identifying can you help?

I've heard a song on a station that plays, what I'd guess would be called, Adult Contemporary. Though, the song may not fit that description. A female vocalist singing and somewhat rapping short rhyming and seemingly nonsensical lyrics with words and phrases like:

"Buying tickets to the show"
"tambourine"
"eating tangerines"
"buying popcorn"
"let yourself go"

The chorus is a: "dah, dah, dah...dah, dah...dah, dah, dah...do, do"

The words are sort of a fantasy, a little dreamy sounding. At times the music is stronger than the vocals and electronic sounding. I have done dozens of lyric searches on data bases with not a hint of feedback.

Anyone?
