The Nintendo Wii is evil!
I spent the better part of the evening playing that damned machine and I'm pretty sure that the muscle damage to my right arm that I sustained tonight trying to pitch a 90mph fastball or serve a tennis ball will be catching up with me in a few hours to the point that I don't think I will be able to lift up my arm. Already I've got that "dead" feeling to my arm. Of course after a solid hour of trying to be the next Nolan Ryan, I was told that it's really more about the wrist than anything...they just let me and my friend go on like that to make spectacles of ourselves...nice huh? So I guess its not the Wii that is evil, more like my friends and family!

The only plus was I did work up a good sweat

1. Brings Back Fond Memories
I bought it last year thinking the family would get some exercise. Took us about 5 minutes to learn we could play it from the couch and we do.

10. That kind of injury makes me long for the days of "simpler" gaming
up, down, left, right, A, B, start, select were all you needed to have a good time

11. I haven't played anything more advanced than PS2...
I'm comfortable with that for now. :-)

"up up down down left right left right B A B A start" was always the magic trick for maximum Nintento fun!

14. Honestly...
I really only played the "Call of Duty" series on it. And "Ace Combat 4". But mostly I was living the last "good" war we had.

Man, I want to get a real, Army-issue Garand one day.

13. I just got back from a Wii party. Or should I say Wii partii?
We had two wiis going at once. One had Wii Sports (mostly bowling, some tennis) the other had a variety of games. We played dodgeball about 30 times I think. It was a blast. We laughed ourselves silly and worked up a good sweat too. My right arm is sore as well.

16. It can't be helped. You should've heard us howling when we got smacked in the
face in Dodgeball (well, our characters got smacked in the face, anyway). You get so into it! It's such a blast.
