9. How does she make it?
stuffed? w/ tomatoes? gravy?

I put lots of finely ground veggies (onions, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic) in mine. I find the veggies keep it really moist.

16. It's a pretty standard, non-tomatoy meatloaf.
The special touches she does are: cooking on the grill (adds a nice smokey flavor) and a lot of love.

The ground veggies sound fantastic, I'll have to give that a try!

Darn, now I am craving it. I'll have to ask her to make me some :)

5. I make mini-loaves
portion-size... then wrap them individually and freeze them. It takes less time to defrost a small meatloaf than a big one.

I know a lot of people like their meatloaf w/ tomato, but I'm a gravy kind of gal.

14. Keema curry
But I'm using ground chicken to lure the beef-avoider to the table. This curry uses lettuce, a great way to use up the odds and ends of lettuce in the reefer.
